WWC is seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to provide weekend outpatient therapy services for adults. The ideal candidate is experienced in trauma-informed care and comfortable supporting individuals with a range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns.

This position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental hours, weekend availability, or a flexible outpatient therapy role.

Primary Responsibilities
Clinical Services

  • Provide individual therapy services to adult clients
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation
  • Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Support clients experiencing:
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma/PTSD
  • Grief and loss
  • Relationship concerns
  • Emotional regulation difficulties
  • Stress and burnout
  • Life transitions

Treatment & Care Coordination

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Active Pennsylvania clinical license preferred:

  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in behavioral health, including working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care is preferred.
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for documentation and patient management.
  • Knowledge of psychopharmacology, medication administration protocols, and safety monitoring procedures.
  • Strong communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ability to perform physical examinations, vital signs assessment, and basic life support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Experience working in diverse settings such as outpatient clinics, inpatient units, or assisted living facilities is highly desirable.
