Wreh’s Wellness Center was founded by Tutu Wreh, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing.
Tutu earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also obtained certification in Integrated Health Care with a focus on clinical practice. Her training emphasizes the importance of addressing mental health within the broader context of overall well-being.
With over 10 years of professional experience, Tutu has worked with individuals facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. In addition to providing therapy, she also serves as a clinical supervisor, supporting and mentoring other mental health professionals.
Tutu has always had a natural passion for helping and guiding others toward healing, clarity, and understanding. She approaches therapy with empathy, respect, and a strong belief that every person has the ability to grow and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Outside of her professional work, Tutu is also a dedicated mother of two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing by catching up on podcasts and television shows.
Alexis Griffin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides compassionate, person-centered therapy tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She believes that therapy should be a collaborative process where clients feel heard, respected, and supported in their personal growth.

Paula S. Burns provides supportive and compassionate therapy for individuals and families navigating complex emotional and mental health challenges. Her work focuses on helping individuals better understand their experiences while developing strategies that promote healing and stability.
