Do you accept insurance?

What can I expect during the first appointment?

The initial session (intake) includes:

How long does therapy last?

How often will sessions occur?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Depending on progress and treatment goals, sessions may move to biweekly or maintenance appointments.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is a priority. All services are confidential in accordance with state and federal
laws.
There are limited exceptions required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others), which will
be explained during your first appointment.

Do you work with families or other care providers?

Yes. When appropriate and with proper consent, we collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and external care teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive support.
